How To Increase BROADBAND Speed
1. Make sure your logged on as actually "Administrator".
2. Navigate to Start -> run -> type gpedit.msc
3. Expand the "local computer policy" -> "administrative templates" -> "network branch"
4. Highlight the "QoS Packet Scheduler" in left window
5. In right window double click the "limit reservable bandwidth" setting
6. On setting tab check the "enabled" item
7. Change "Bandwidth limit %" to 0.
Reboot the System
